Uploading more than one file for an item, the file description of the first file uploaded is overwritten by the description of the last file uploaded.

I cant reproduce this error.

Does it occur during a submission(rather than adding files after by editing the item)?

During a submission. Look at this example: http://dspace-testhaton.cilea.it/jspui/handle/123456789/46

The html file was the first I uploaded, with the description "test html". But once the item was approved, the description became the same of the last file I uploaded, the doc file.
